MAYA’S SMOOTHIE BOWL – a smoothie a day keeps the grumpiness away

Hi everyone; I am Maya, and I’m here to share my smoothie bowl with you. It is a fantastic recipe that I found on YouTube. When I slept over at Meme’s, she helped me make it.

I definitely recommend that you try this recipe but don’t eat it too fast because it gives you a brain freeze.

  1. Maya, that looks scrumptious and I love the idea of it being easy peasy to make! It’s such a glorious colour and inviting. Good advice to watch out and not eat too quickly – brain freeze is horrid and for many years I stopped eating ice cream as it I always got it.

Bernadette, a lovely share from Maya! A very Happy Brithday to your son! xx

  2. Looks wonderful, Maya. Great breakfast idea, especially for a hot summer morning. Maybe not so much on a cold, frosty English winter one, though. I’ll keep it until summer.

  3. 💜 Delish EveryOne; the way to a mans heart is through his stomach as is the case with THE KIDS!!!

  4. Awesome, Maya! I would be willing to risk brain freeze for one of these yummy looking smoothie bowls! Good for you, finding stuff on YouTube and teaching your Meme new tricks in the kitchen. 🙌🏻😋

  5. How blessed are you Maya, to have such a loving and talented meme, and Bern, how blessed are you to have such a lovely and absolutely precious granddaughter and how blessed am I to share in this “love fest”! Thank you for sharing and spreading the love!

  6. That sounds just amazing, Maya. I need to add some berries to my shopping list. And I’ll drink it slow so I don’t freeze my brain. Lol. That wouldn’t be good. Thanks for the recipe! Your granddaughter is following in your footsteps, Bernadette. <3
