Hi there,

I asked my friend Clive, who blogs at, cliveblogs.wordpress.com, to prepare for my readers a special playlist for today. I know you will enjoy listening to the songs that Clive has prepared for us. And, I know you will enjoy getting to know this wonderful man and his blog filled with music and heartfelt musings.

Here is the link to this very special post: https://cliveblogs.wordpress.com/2022/11/24/giving-thanks/

Wishing you all a day filled with the simple pleasure of knowing thankfulness.

  1. Clive – A Man of Kent, long exiled in Essex. I retired in September 2013 and life is generally good. Started the blog for mental health, which is still an important theme for me, but lately I seem to have become a blog DJ 😊🤘
    Clive says:

Thank you for your kind words, Bernadette. I wish you and all those of your readers who are celebrating today a very Happy Thanksgiving!

  2. Have a fabulous celebration, Bernadette.

  5. D. Wallace Peach – 30 Miles beyond the edge of civilization, Oregon – I'm an adventurer in writing, peering under rocks in my garden for secret magic. I can't stop writing. My stories want to explode from my head. They demand my attention and surge from my fingertips faster than I can put them to paper. I love what I do.
    D. Wallace Peach says:

That was fabulous, Bernadette. Any playlist that starts with the Swedish Chef is right up my alley. Great songs and a generous post from Clive. Thanks for sharing.

  6. Retirement Reflections – Vancouver Island, BC – Prior to retirement, I lived and worked in Beijing China for fourteen years (Middle School Principal/Deputy Director at The Western Academy of Beijing). Leaving international life behind, my husband and I retired to Vancouver Island in June 2015. To document both this transition and our new adventures, ‘Retirement Reflections’ was born. I hope that you enjoy reading these reflections, and will be willing to share your own.
    Retirement Reflections says:

Awesome! This was such a treat!
